1. Who we are

PATATOUKAS GIORGOS SINGLE MEMBER P.C., operating as Pixel Pulse, provides this website, Block and Roll, and Sort & Roll. Our country of operation is Greece. For privacy questions, use the contact details at the end of this policy.

This policy covers our company website, Block and Roll, and Sort & Roll. Other services you choose to visit, including app stores and Google’s services, have their own privacy policies.

2. What our games store

Each game stores game-specific information locally on your device, such as current gameplay, level and challenge progress, scores, earned power-ups, reward records, and settings. Block and Roll stores a locally generated player identifier for its Weekly challenges. Sort & Roll may store your selected bottle and background themes, along with your puzzle progress.

You do not need an account to play either game. Pixel Pulse does not run an account system or a server that receives your saved game progress. We do not include a separate game analytics or crash-reporting service in the current versions.

Your device or operating system may back up application data according to its settings. Local progress is not a Pixel Pulse account or a cross-device synchronization service.

3. Advertising and Google AdMob

The mobile versions of Block and Roll and Sort & Roll use Google AdMob to display banner ads during play, optional rewarded ads for extra power-up uses, and interstitial ads at selected gameplay transitions.

Google’s advertising SDK may collect and share information including IP addresses (which may indicate approximate location), advertising or other device identifiers, interactions with the app and ads, and diagnostic or performance information. These data support ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention.

The games currently request nonpersonalized ads. This does not mean that advertising is anonymous or that no information is processed. Google’s consent tools request and record choices where applicable, and the app checks whether ads may be requested before initializing advertising.

We share information through the advertising SDK with Google and the advertising service providers involved in delivering ads. These providers may process information outside your country. Their handling of information is described in Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s advertising information.

4. Visiting this website

This is a static website hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. It does not include advertising tags, an analytics SDK, a contact form, or an account system. We do not set our own tracking cookies on this website.

Delivering and protecting the website involves Google processing request information such as your IP address and browser or network information. Hosting-related processing is covered by Firebase’s privacy information and Google’s Privacy Policy.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use this information to respond, provide support, and handle your request. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

5. Your choices

  • Where available, use Settings → Ad privacy choices in either game to review or change advertising consent.
  • Use your device privacy settings to manage or delete your advertising ID and adjust available ad controls.
  • Clear a game’s storage or uninstall it to remove its local saved data, subject to any device backups you control. This may permanently remove progress.
  • Rewarded ads are optional. You can continue ordinary gameplay without choosing an additional rewarded use.

Your consent choices can affect whether ads are available. Clearing game data does not automatically delete information held separately by Google or your email provider.

6. Children and age suitability

Block and Roll and Sort & Roll are intended for people aged 13 and over and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

7. Retention and security

Game saves remain on your device until removed, reset by a game’s challenge schedule, or cleared through your device settings. Challenge history is kept locally to support progress, streaks, and reward verification.

We keep support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to answer requests, handle follow-up questions, and meet applicable obligations. Google applies its own retention rules to data it processes.

We use reasonable measures to protect information under our control. Advertising and hosting services use encrypted connections for data in transit. No device, service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Legal bases and your rights

Where applicable, processing is based on providing the service you request, your consent, our legitimate interests in responding to support requests and maintaining a secure service, or legal obligations. Advertising consent is handled through the choices presented to you where required.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal information, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us about information we hold. For data controlled by Google, you may also need to use Google’s privacy controls or contact Google directly.

We do not receive locally stored game saves as an account record, so we may be unable to identify or retrieve that data remotely.
