1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Pixel Pulse website, Block and Roll, and Sort & Roll, provided by PATATOUKAS GIORGOS SINGLE MEMBER P.C., operating as Pixel Pulse in Greece. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Block and Roll and Sort & Roll are intended for people aged 13 and over. If you are below the age at which you can enter an agreement in your country, ask your parent or guardian to review these terms and agree where required.
Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. App-store terms also apply when you download either game.
2. Permission to use the services
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the website and games for lawful, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these terms and applicable law.
Do not interfere with the services, attempt unauthorized access, misuse advertising or rewards, distribute malicious code, or copy and redistribute our games or branding without permission. These restrictions do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
3. Game progress and challenges
Game saves, settings and rewards are stored locally on your device. Removing the app, clearing storage, changing devices, or a device problem can cause progress to be lost. We cannot guarantee recovery of locally stored progress.
Daily and Weekly challenges change on their schedules. Weekly puzzles are generated for your local player identity; they are not a shared global competition. Challenge progress may reset when a new challenge period begins.
Power-ups, scores and rewards are in-game features. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed or transferred outside the game.
4. Advertising and rewarded uses
The game is supported by advertising. It may display banner ads and interstitial ads at transitions between games. You can also choose to view rewarded ads for additional power-up uses.
Each game explains the rewarded action or cost. A reward is granted only after the advertising SDK confirms completion. The number of completed ads needed for a reward may vary by game or power-up and is shown in the game. Closing an ad before qualifying, an unavailable ad, or a network interruption may mean no reward is earned.
Ad availability depends on connectivity, eligibility, consent choices, and the advertising provider. We do not guarantee that an ad or extra use will always be available. Free progression rewards are subject to the game’s checkpoint rules.
Third-party ads and destinations are provided by their respective operators. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. You do not need to purchase an advertised product to earn a qualifying in-game reward.
5. Intellectual property
The Pixel Pulse, Block and Roll, and Sort & Roll names, our original artwork, game designs, and website content belong to us or our licensors. Third-party components and assets remain subject to their respective licenses. Your permission to play does not transfer ownership of these materials.
6. Changes and availability
We may update, improve, change, or discontinue features and services. We may need to restrict access that materially violates these terms. Where required by law, we will provide notice and respect any applicable rights.
We work to keep the services usable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or error-free operation.
7. Responsibility and your legal rights
Use the services responsibly and take reasonable steps to protect your device and data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided as available, without additional guarantees beyond those required by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes your mandatory consumer rights. Any dispute remains subject to applicable law and any court or consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
